Radar Simulator with ECDIS
A desktop simulator class to allow 12 students to be trained simultaneously in the same classroom. The simulator will allow:
Modern radars and ARPA operations skills to be practiced;
Familiarization with all the details of electronic chart operation, including route planning and monitoring, electronic chart updating and the principles of displaying various information.

 

A combined instructor station
To provide the instructor with all necessary tools for efficient preparation, editing, conducting, monitoring and assessing the training exercises
Enginroom Simulator
A combination of PC- based & debriefing classroom and Full-mission “Real Engine Room and Engine Control Room Consoles workstation. PC – Based Simulator Class, Instructor control and monitoring 3 interactive triple PC Trainee workstations and debriefing station

 
GMDSS simulator
A desktop simulator class to allow 2 students to be trained simultaneously in the same classroom. The simulator shall include one instructor workplace and 2 trainee workplaces.
 
 
An Incident response simulator
To prepare and conduct command centre exercises on oil spill response and other incident’s response exercises

DynamicPosition System
for realistic dockside training of operators – ship’s track control at high & low speeds – Ship’s handler training to accurately perceive the direction and magnitude of disturbing forces and magnitude and direction of resultant thruster force – thrusters control with display of commanded and actual positions.

The system consists of 1 Operator Station fitted in the Pilothouse console, 1 PLC and one Control Computer. The Control Computer provides output through Ethernet LAN to PLC. This PLC is then connected directly to the thrusters (engines, thrusters and rudders). A manual joystick control is fitted at the DP operator station.
